fortunately, Tilly was in the other room. It's obviously just used up one of its nine lives. Stupid cat!

A cat has just walked into your kitchen?

Blimey...you really do live in the fast lane.
Question Author
It frightened the life out of me.
I bet......I think you are being very brave......
Question Author
Well, I have my dog to protect me, so I'm fine.
Enjoying our chat, but must go for my shower.

Do you have a shower or a bath?
Question Author
Thanks for replying, sqad. I enjoyed your comical answers.
Easy tiger. :-P
Question Author
That cat has had a lucky escape.
What would Tilly have done if she'd been in the kitchen?
I'm guessing that Tilly is not keen on cats. You would think that the cat would sense the dog and steer clear of your house. Unless they are actually secret friends. :-)

Question Author
I dread to think, Cloverjo. It would depend on which way the stupid cat ran.
Tilly might have been busy chasing spiders for you when it happened. Have you considered employing a whole fleet of dogs? If you're living in a jungle area where predators come and go, you really need 24/7 protection.
i'm convinced that the cats round my way come into my garden just to wind the dog up
...though that sounds rather like a deodorant commercial.
:o)
Question Author
You guessed right, wolf. I'm not keen on cats and neither is Tilly.
Question Author
How very dare it come into my house?

Do dogs come in fleets, jno?
My first dog used to chase moped and motorcycles - but the next one was a cat chased. Then one day he took off after a cat and the cat turned around and chased the stupid hound. He stood behind me barking his head off at the cat. He gave up on cats after that.

Cats are formidable little fighters so Fully better be a chased and not a catcher.
Question Author
I would be concerned about both the cat and the dog, if it came to a fight.
Question Author
I wonder if sqad's finished his shower yet?
