I just went into the kitchen to make myself some cheese on toast. I opened the fridge, took out the cheese and then thought, 'Nah, you don't need this'. I put back the cheese and picked up a lovely, juicy orange instead.

How's that for will power!

I had a banana for lunch today.................along with a freshly baked baguette stuffed with grilled bacon and cheese :-(

my point is if you dont eat a sufficient lunch you will end up eating more later, did you watch that programme on bbc2 last night about diets, non of them work!

When my O.H does the shopping he always buys outrageously expensive things. I don't let him go on his own now.
