Three, but only if they're blind.
They can get pregnant at eight weeks old. Between five and ten in a litter, but they can be pregnant again while still nursing babies and can have up to ten litters in a year, with a new litter every six weeks or so. Average age of a mouse is two to three years, so possibly up 300 in a lifetime.
