anyone with skin problems in a boxer

my 11 month boker bitch has had a sore on her foot the vet gave me streoid cream and hibi scrub after a month its starting to heal but she now has it on her face where her tears run in the wrinkles vet said hibi scrub and keep dry but hibi seems to be making it raw so i'm just dapping dry all the time has anyone else got this problem and any other ideas it looks so sore ive also changed her food so shes only having natural

Are you using the hibiscrub diluted? I dilute it down about 1part hibiscrub to 10 parts water and wash the area then rinse off with clean water, then dry with a hairdryer. Our dog has a hotspot on his head and neck at the moment which is making his hair fall out and we used hibiscrub when it was sticky. If you need more hibiscrub in the future buy it from a chemist, much cheaper than from the vets.

thanx i hadnt diluted but will start had to get her a buster collar as in night shes scratched her face and made it bleed
