Puppy with sweaty feet!!!

My gorgeous 6month old collie has cute pink feet. one thing we've discovered is he actually gets clammy (sweaty) feet.

has anyone else out there come across a dog with this?

If they're just a bit clammy that's no surprise, and normal. It's not just for collies. All dogs must do it to some degree. You may notice it sometimes when the pup walks across a tiled floor , leaving sweet little damp pawprints :) The paws are the only areas where a dog sweats.That's of use to the dog because the paws then leave a good scent of their owner, and dogs love to communicate their presence and passing to other dogs

we have another dog and we have never noticed her with clammy feet so it was a shock when we had these damp little paws scrabbling over us.
