I have two persians aged 11, a british blue aged 6 and last year was adopted by a stray black and white male about aged 3. I had him neutered and he's fitted in really well. Trouble is, he's got so FAT! I'm reluctant to take the food away after mealtimes because the older cats want little and often and I work all day. How can I let my original three eat as they wish but stop Rudy trawling the food bowls all day? He's struggling to get through the catflap!

the best thing i can think of doing is taking him to the vet and seeing if there is not a mre seriuos problem there, the cat may be able to give you some advice on how to mabey slim him down a bit, but in the meanwhile go on to somthing like www.bluecross.org.uk and you can ask exeperts what they think you shoud do
please let me know if i have helped
