For me, me and my husband will go to our friends house who lost their son age 53 to Covid, to give them both a bear hug, to cry with them and to relive memories of Michael
that's awful bobbs, 53, these idiots that think there is no issue would do well to meet people like that. I'm afraid I have noithing so noble to do, I have a couple of people I know who have got through it. I look forward to being able to lean on the bar at my club again.
It will be nice to know that we can just "pop" into the pub, or the beer garden in the summer, for a sit down and a pint and a hello or two. Or to decide to stop for a bite to eat when we are out, but most of all hit the M5, fast, and with anticipation, on a trip to St Ives.( We are booked for the beginning of summer)
Hope so Bobbi. Booked for the first weeks in June on the quay, just before Smeatons Pier. We love it there. It is a carry over from last year when all was cancelled. I would move there tomorrow, and have dreamed of doing so since 1966/67 when I first saw the place.
