Maxie is doing well and I feed him with dry food and wet food and a little bit of chicken etc. However, I find it very unusual he adores bread particularly the crust - he so enjoys chewing them.

This morning gave him a half round of toast and wee bit of scrambled egg - he scoffed the lot.

Is the bread thing unusual.

well that's good Baldric to know as I thought it most unusual.

Gav - on the papers I was given he is supposed to be Bichon Frieze/Schitzu

He is definitely not a Schitzu but maybe has a wee bit of Bichon in him. His legs are unbelievable long. Does look more like a spring lamb particularly the way he runs in the park but very loveable and affectionate.
I wondered if you had bitten the bullet and got one.
I had a collie with an ex girlfriend when we split up I missed the dog more than her. I loved swimming in the sea with her though didn't like it when she would try and climb on me for a rest.
I'm glad you did! It made me smile!
My dogs drool for bread.
Mine loves bread.

She particular likes when Mini Boo comes home from school, along with her lunch bag which always contains her sandwich crusts.
Max wasn't bothered with ordinary bread but he loved toast especially with lashings of butter. He'd wait till it was cool then lie down holding it upright in his paws, lick off all the butter then scoff the toast in a couple of bites.
i don't feed my dog bread, in face he gets very little ' human' food.
