My Australian Parrot is hurt she is a female, could not even stand and was in the cage with eggs any suggestions to recover her?

leg, wing, beak....where & how? Is there fluid in nostrils ?
Eggs at this time of the year? Probably egg-bound.

What species? There are nearly 60 different species of parrots in Australia.
If she has laid eggs I would doubt that she is egg bound. It could be a calcium deficiency though.... take her to a vet!

When a bird lays eggs out of season the muscles manipulating the oviduct are note toned, thus after a few eggs the muscles are just too weak to push another one through. More than half the time when a pet bird is egg-bound it is after laying some eggs.
These false laying periods are almost always encountered by in-house pet birds that react to the temperature, but the hormones get confused because of the unusual periods of light.
