What live food can I feed my tropical fish?

I understand that live food is a special treat for tropical fish but not sure what to give them. Would it be okay to give them mosquito larvae if I could catch it, if they would eat it, that is? I am not sure what else I could give them apart from this and possibly smaller fish.

I have got neon tetras, danios and algea feeders, by the way.

Thanks in advance for your speedy replies, folks.

Live brine shrimp and fresh or frozen Bloodworm.
Buy live food from the topical fish shop.
it's not live food but try a chunk of cucumber every now & then, it doesnt muck up the water and they'l love it
Mozzie larvae is fine...i feed my trops on it all summer. If you can find them in a local farm pond, try daphnia....but not too often as it can be a laxative to fish.
Frozen bloodworm, cyclops, brine shrimp, daphnia etc are all good if fed once or twice a week.
