probably as much as ten years ago until you read bent reports from the government.
it's 2.85 million km³ as a cubic metre is about a tonne and there's a trillion cubic metres in a cubic km that's in excess of 3 million trillion tonnes.
Can you be a bit more precise jake
Not without spending longer researching it - a few minutes only gave me the volume - the ice is very thick so will be denser at the bottom so that figure's going to be a minimum.
