I have been told it is called In all my life by Richard Lacey/Lacy but I can't find it on any music site! Heard it on Hollyoaks too!

Brilliant! Found it - you were right, Richard Lacy - a composer. I'm putting the link to the site in, below - you can actually buy the number, but it's only 79p!
