I agree with cab only if you let his tyres down the van will have to stay there while he inflates them. Stick a banana in the exhaust

we have a big white van that keeps on doing that. the bloke who owns it has got three vans and about six cars, he is selling them and doesnt care where he parks. he keeps moving them about. I like the idea of the banana tho.

It is illegal to sell vehicles on the road in Croydon. If you have a notice on a car window the vehicle may be towed away.

You can buy some really rude cards that you can stick on peoples cars, I'm not sure where I saw them but will try to find out. If this chap is selling cars he may have to have a licence to do so, so I would get in touch with you local council,
