What is the name of the song in the new ER advert and who is singing it? It is quite 'operatic' in style and I can only catch the lyrics "keeps us marching on".

Thanks to the wonder of Shazam on my iPhone, I found out it was An American Trilogy by Elvis, as found here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AWs0KzFO9qA

The bit about marching one is actually "his truth is marching on" it seems. I thought it seemed quite dramatic and really liked it, but actually the rest of the song is quite slow...
