Does anyone know who sang "O Mio Babino Caro" in the DFS advert a few months ago.

Can't recall, but it did sound like one of two versions I have. One by Maria Callas, and the other by Gianni Shiacci. Out of the two I'd probably plump for the second.

It may well be Maria Callas (it does sound like her) but it certainly isn't Shiacci.

Actullay it seems to be an opera.

It was recorded from CD (Classic Experience 2) and auto tagging was used so the file info was what someone else put. Whatever, the version on that is female and sounds very like what I remember from the DFS ads.
