Calling all creative people - Advert help needed!!

I am looking to promote a staff satisfaction survey within my company and will be going down the route of a poster campaign. However I am stuck with ideas for the posters!!

I was thinking along the lines of having them in the toilets and going along the lines of "you don't have to talk about your real feelings in the toilets" type idea but I'm completely open to suggestions.

Can anyone help?!?!

It is about catching the eye and making them aware that you want to help?

So how about - similar to these silly debt adverts - list a couple of the MAIN issues as questions?

Are you not appreciated for the work you do?
Are you not being rewarded properly?

Not quite sure - but something those who are unhappy CAN related to....

- Just thinking out load here.... :-) -

Well, you could hold them in there, but expect your colleagues to feel a little 'flushed' by them, and do not be surprised at the 'toilet humour' which may result.
