The tune in the Rihanna song is the very end part of "Wanna be starting something" by Michael Jackson.
Rihanna's "Don't Stop the Music" samples the Michael Jackson 1983 single "Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'", which itself sampled the 1972 single "Soul Makossa" by Manu Dibango.

A corruption of the original "Mama-ko, mama-sa, mama-ma-ko-sa" became the "Mama-se, mama-sa, ma-ma-koo-sa" that is present in Jackson's track and is now interpolated into the bridge of Rihanna's song. "Makossa" means "I dance" in the Duala language.
Kempie, you are a flash git. LOL
