Andrex red nose day puppy......

I don't know if i'm in the right area but, i ordered a andrex red nose day puppy months ago and still haven't recieved it, they have cashed my cheque and i've emailed them but have had no reply - what else can i do? Has anyone else recieved theres?

I would ring them on their customer care line:-
0800 626008 (UK)
1800 626008 (ROI)

Then back it up with a letter
