I may be wrong but I think it comes from Symphony No.9 �From the New World� composed by Antonin Dvorak.
But I haven't been able to find a clip of it.

For everyone interested, this piece is available on musikethos.org, it is 'The Fingal�s Cave' by Mendelssohn.
The track is the second from bottom, it's a free mp3 download and weighs in at just over 11Mb. Thanks to kwillmott and nobletom, I'd never of looked for this music or found this site without them :)
