Does anyone remember a magazine from the early 90's called 'Rock CD'? It was monthly and came with a free CD.
I have the first six editions but after that my newsagent couldn't get it.
Did it become subscription only?

More likely it became 'imaginary only'!
I remember one called Rock Sound magazine and the first CD had a track by Buckcherry on it that was pretty good, if memory serves me right! Don't know if it's the same one you're on about though?
I remember 'Rock World'. Mick Wall used to write for 'em. That only lasted about six issues.
It probably stopped publishing.

Cover mounted CD's are horrendously expensive to produce, and even established titles with high circulations are careful about them, so to actually start from scratch with publishing costs that the big boys think twice over is a reicipe for disaster - as seems to be the case here.
