Sorry to disappoint you... but its computer-generated. :P Although the ad implies its around the Glasgow area if you're that keen to look... :P

I asked Peugeot directly and they have just sent me the following answer: -

The advert for the 207 GT THP 150 was not actually filmed in Glasgow. This is a
real road in Lombardia, Italy.
