According to the visit4info site there are lots of these ads but none of them is new. I THINK you are referring to the one with 3 girls and the blonde is on the left (2005) and, to my mind, looks and more particularly sounds like the dippy girl from The Vicar of Dibley. If you mean the blonde in the car (2003), she is Sarah Cawood. If you mean the one girl talking to the screen...no idea but I agree she does have a wide mouth.
