Does anyone know the music used on the Renault Scenic advert...... it sounds French?

If it's the add I'm thinking of, it's (excuse the spelling) "C'est plain pour moi" by Plastic Bertrand, who was actually Belgian. . Originally released around 1978/9. If my memory serves me, it translates as "it's ok by me".
The version in the ad is by The Presidents of The USA , which is expensive to get hold of , the original isnt, a sample of which is here
