Does any one know why some people post a question when the same question and asnswer is often a couple of posts below?

Are people really that stupid?

Yes ;-)

Although sometimes it could just be a simple case of they haven't looked at the other questions on the page, and they've worded it differently so it won't show up on the "Has this question already been submitted" bit.
but all those T-mobile questions really get my goat - they all have the same title... T-Mobile ad... they haveto look at the previous questions submitted that may answer your question page, I'm sure that they show up there!

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
i know that when i have a question i always search the site first to see if it's already been asked. seems obvious to me :)
It tends to be that i google it before hand to see if i can find it before i post my question. Sometimes i think 'why can't other people do this before they clog up the site asking a question that has been asked/answered a few posts down.'
