Third Watch - music in an episode

There was an episode of Third Watch that was connected to ER where Dr Susan Lewis was looking for her neice because her sister had got into trouble or something ... at the very beginning of the episode (i think it was a two parter, this was the 2nd part) there was some music while the programme kind of got going ... who was it?
