Woman on Nissan 4x4 ads

I have found from the Nissan Adventure site that the woman on their latest ads is Sara Douglas Hamilton. However a Google search has drawn a blank as to who she is. I'm sure I've seen her before somewhere. Does anybody know what she does or who she is??? Many thanks.

Maybe a slight spelling error. I always thought she was 'Saba' Douglas Hamilton. Wildlife presenter, often in African related programmes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saba_Douglas-Hami lton

CT - you are absolutely right. I have rechecked the Nissan website and they definitely have a spelling error there! Many thanks.
