Does anyone remember an advert for a phone company probably mid to late nineties with a really weird tune that has a scary sounding little girl saying...

My ears, My eyes and my Nose?!

The ad was for Orange, promoting text messaging (which had been around for a while but hadn't really taken off yet), and the tune was "To Cure A Weakling Child" from Aphex Twin's "The Richard D. James Album". It's the album version you're looking for by the way, NOT the remix that appeared on the "Come To Daddy" single.
