I hear thank you Buen. Bit disappointed in this year's ad, not as nice as previous years.

I'm really not sure what I hear.

I certainly think that it ought to have been clearer though!
I thought it was quite clear. What someone robbing teaches children I don't know, even when he sees the error of his ways.
At first I thought it said 'thank you' but listening to it after OH told me what it sounds like it def sounds like 'Eff you'
GGGGRRRR ought not be allowed 'till December !
I saw this last night for the first time. I heard the eff word!
It's got people talking...job done :-)
It was on This Morning with Holly and Philip yesterday - they thought it was hilarious, I won't see it as we only have 3 or 4 M&S stores here in Ireland - it wasn't very Christmassy but I wondered were they playing on the Home Alone movies, whatever they were thinking, I didn't think much of it
I was shopping yesterday and Christmas music was being piped through the shop, I had a trolley packed with Christmas goodies until I had a good look and think about it and knew, to put the stuff back, brainwashed is what we're being - that's in response to minty's reply and yes, it does have folk talking ummmm
Spotted the best /use before dates expire before Christmas on Fresh goods like mince pies etc.. double shop... should not be allowed ! Christmas should not start before December 1st... rant over !!
Will someone please tell me how many seconds into the advert is the f.f. 'festive phrase'.

Fank you.... Hans
Right at the end Hans, after Paddington has given him the sandwich.
I agree it sounds like "F . . . You, little bear"

I can't bear those mawkish Christmas ads.

I also agree with Minty about Christmas food out now with expiry dates well before Christmas.
If you don't want "Christmas" food now then don't buy it...
I hear the rooood word too !
I've just listened and I hear "Thank you" but with a foreign accent.
I don't and won't ..but should not be available this early imo...
It's only six weeks to Christmas. Some people like to buy bits and bobs each week.
I'll listen later but was very disappointed - the pre-hype said you'd need tissues at the end, I didn't need a tissue at all. Boring ad.
Who's the bloke playing the burglar? I can't place him.
