I think it's Nivea Young but could be wrong. Must be Nivea something though. Wondering what the music playing is called, good beat to it.

I think I found it on another site (for another advert :P) - Jerk it out - The Ceasars

I think it even mentions on the screen at the bottom during the advert that it's the ceaser's Jerk it out.

And although this song it not listed on this site yet, it is by far the best advert music lisiting site.
