Don't fully understand the question,  but would the 'Va Va Voom' adverts cover all three aspects?
Any beer ad . . .
Not sure if your one advert has to display all these areas. But I did my dissertation on adverts and I found make up adverts were great for displaying how they try to sell the product using sex & sexuality. Read some that have text and it is full of innuendo, I found a lipstick advert where there was huge symbolism of oral sex! Or if it TV ads your after the orgasming woman in the Herbal Essences advert would give you loads to talk about!
For the sports aspect you could use any advert for trainers, how they use celebrities etc, cos that would follow on nicely to the culture bit, using ad like KSwiss trainers, cos that totally sells a lifestyle, nice contrast to the way sports trainers are portrayed.. KSwiss also sells itself as a unisex brand.. leading on to your sexuality bit using KSwiss, Levi etc etc... all adverts have something to do with sex when you think about them but to stay really relevant I would stick to clothing, make up, all those image based products. This sounds like a really interesting essay.. good luck! (I've been v vague here but not sure how long your essay is etc.. sorry if I've been too simplistic!
