To ask for help when looking at a new / second hand car? would you take the chance knowing you could end up with a complete lemon ( Troublesome car) I, like few on here over the years have been involved one way or another in the Motor trade & would help anyone that asked, would you?

No....I wouldn't dream of buying a car without asking advise from someone who knows about cars.
When I knew someone knowledgeable I would ask them to look things over for me. Not really in that position any more though.
No, I'd ask you or Tonyav to test drive it and check it out for me.

Yes, I know *** all about cars but I wouldn't let another bloke tell me what to buy.
I do help others all the time but it's amazing how many talk to me after they've bought a lemon! ..and I'm not too proud to ask others either, I do a lot of reasearch but if I can find a specialist I'd use their input if I can.
No because I'm a woman
