The rice treatment, that is. During a particularly nasty downfall the other evening I slipped on a mound of ice (yes, we still have ice!) whilst approaching a cab and fell flat into a gushing gutter of water. Obviously everything was soaked including my camera which was completely unresponsive when I got home. I removed the batteries and put the camera into a Zip-Loc bag of rice for three days: the camera has made a complete recovery; I still have a bruised knee. Just thought I’d let you know.
