Thanks boxtops, 17 answers I knew or found on Google but these last three alluded me but then it was approaching 3.am and after ten hours of playing mah-jong I was knackered.

Oops I missed one, what according to its advertising slogan was "Britain's favourite airline"?
I have googled and googled but can only find BA as 'the WORLD'S favourite airline.

Ryanair comes up on Google but although there are articles saying it refers to itself as that I can't find an actual advert in which they say it

Answering my own question.....wiki has come up with British Airways, I can find no other trace so I'm going with that.
