on wiki (as I posted when this was asked this morning), it says the coach was Bobby Robson, not the manager http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_Lions

But there's no-one else in the advert in a managerial role, or did i miss them?

The title of the role has also changed over the years so the person who used to be commonly called the manager a few decades ago is now often called the first team coach.
