According to youtube it's called Friends by Adam Buxton, but no-one seems to be able to find it.

I've found it through Shazam as "Friends" (as askyourgran said) by Adam Buxton & Nick Webb....

Check out the thinkbox website( who the advert is about). Lyrics are by Adam Buxton and the music is composed by nick Webb .
