Audi / Tyre ad

Hi,

I am trying to find an Audi or possibly tyre advert from the 80's (poss. early 90's).
It involved a guy driving a car quickly (during the night if I remember correctly) through different conditions i.e. rain etc (this made me question if it was an Audi quattro ad or just a tyre manufacturer), in order to reach hospital for the birth of his child.
I think the last scene was the shot of a just born baby.
Can anyone help?
