where do i begin with this mess, i apologise now for ant typos and the long story but feel if i add as much as possible i may get some sound advise
late last year me and the wife decided to separate and divorce my wife started proceedings and we separated our assets, we were very lucky to have 2 property's and i bought my own house from the sale of one, my wife moved in until property no2 was re decorated and brought up to her standard, this was ready in June this year and we split any saving we had ,but she made excuse after excuse not to leave ,admittedly things were better so as is so easy to do we started to mark time so to speak, house number 2 was still in joint names because my wife could not get a mortgage but after 12 years together neither of us saw in issue with this (big mistake) and decided to leave it empty for a few months to see if things got better (was rented before to tenants)
oct arrives, me and the wife were running our separate lives and never socialised together over the past months, i had gone to meet my friends at my local pub and my wife had gone to meet Friends at another part of town, all was well until my wife 2 friends and step daughter arrived at the pub i use, i was sat with friends and had seen them come in they stood at the bar and had a drink then her friend and boyfriend had words and he left leaving my wife and step daughter and friend, they came to our table (uninvited) and sat . all was well for about 30 mins, as far as im aware there had been some altercation in a previous bar (also be re in mind my wife has a very short fuse ,and is barred from several pubs in our town, i myself have never been in trouble)
something was said at the table to upset my wife about a lady i had been friends with for many years and my wife thought i was having an affair ,within seconds my wife threw a pint of beer over me and then a second she spat into my face then i was punched twice in front of many many people, a member of staff attempted to eject my wife and had her just outside the door she was fighting to get back in the pub and the staff had to call for a second member of staff to assist bare in mind the 2 guys i know well and are big strong guys , the out come of fighting in the doorway was one of the guys received a black eye and on a cut to his hand (wife is 5, 2") because in known as a regular customer the police were not called, one of my party went outside and as my wife and party wee getting into a taxi he received a punch to the face,
i cleaned myself up and had not moved from my chair in all of this as witnesses state (i am 6 ft 5", within 10 Min's or so i called a taxi to return home only to be told by the cab operator my with had just been dropped home i was told to watch my back when going home,(i use the same firm all the time so am well known to them) i asked 2 of my pals to accompany me home to make sure their was no trouble . as i arrived my wife ran out the door and chased one of my friends off with abuse,i was home .
i enter the house and went into the kitchen told my wife and Friend she was barred from yet another bar, immediately she spat at me and started shouting abuse there were 2 bottles of wine open on the worktop rad/white my step daughter was not in the house, they were very drunk, my wife then picks up the phone to ring 999 and says im having the police hear (they have attended in the past and is all on record of her assaulting me and foolishly would never press charges ( 6 ft man syndrome beaten by wife in local paper is not my thing)
