Just rec'd a testing post from 2nosey, from my thread of 2004, which makes me wonder if AB is any closer to having an Edit facility for answers as well as questions......you never know?

Here's the other thread!

How weird is that???

How on earth did she/he find that question???

Question Author

Hi BOO - I was just wondering the same!

Hope you've had a good day. We've had a full on one with lots of family around & a BBQ - now relaxing before Horlicks & bed!

I've had a great day ta smudge, been doing a spot of sunbathing- again!!! LOL

From their previous question on here, I can only presume that 2nosy put the word "edit" into the search thingymejig and it brought up your 2 year old post- bet that was blast from the past for you! tee hee.

Enjoy ya Horlicks :-)

Question Author

Glad you've been enjoying this wonderful weather too BOO!

Yeah, I gathered 2nosey had been searching for any editing facility ideas. I've asked this question so many times, on here & by email. Here's just one of them! Maybe it might happen one day eh?!

Nite, nite & sleep well. ;o}

Hi smudge how are you doing now? Are you still" up in the clouds" like me or have you landed?? I certainly feel a lot better and not half as dizzy or wobbley. See the neurologist tomorrow. Thinking of you ^8^
Question Author

Hi Neti - thank you for asking how I am. I do hope you will soon be feeling much better & wish you luck on your hospital visit. Please let me know how you get on.

Well we had a lovely, but busy day yesterday with all the family around for a BBQ, but I feel quite down today.

I'm stll getting dizzy spells, but thankfully not as often as before I started taking the tablets. Also, since the doc prescribed a steroid nasal spray for sinusitis, I have been having nose bleeds - you can't win! Mopping the kitchen floor just now & little red polka dots appearing on it!

I'm just a bit fed up with myself, but shouldn't grumble as the sun is out & the birds are singing.

My daughter has just invited me round for a clotted cream tea this afternoon & to cheer me up, bless her!

Thinking of you too Neti. -xx- ^8^

How very strange smudge - just like funkymoped's suggestion on Friday, you seem to have tapped into our collective AB thoughts. Stop it already! Ha! In any case, we are currently working on a 'preview' pane for AnswerBank posts and should be able to roll it out next week sometime.

Now if anyone can tell me what I had for lunch today I am going to seriously need a lie down!

Question Author

Ah, thank you Ed, so glad you & all are looking into it.

Now what was it you had for lunch?..........;o}

Question Author
P.S. What was funkymoped's suggestion, I missed that one?
Question Author
It's okay Ed, I've found it - good suggestion from FM too!
Oh thanks Ed for asking how I was!!!!!!
Question Author

Hi Neti - hope you read my good wishes to you above.

Please let me know how you get on tomorrow. ^8^

Ta smudge - will do.
Good day smudge - just to let you know that I went to the wrong doctor, I thought it was neurologist and it was nefrologist who apparently diagnose problems, and they arenot sure but think it's either my kidneys or my neck. Have to have loads of tests and analysis but will get there. I feel all the better for knowing it wasn't the neurologist.
Question Author

Hi Neti - thank goodness for that! These things are always a little worrying, so you must be feeling quite relieved now.

Funnily enough, my consultant said my dizzy spells could stem from a number of things, including my neck!Thankfully, these tablets do appear to be working - so fingers crossed eh?!

Keep looking up & forward Neti. ^8^

Oh no smudge - daren't look upwards and forward else I'll fall over, so will just keep shuffling along looking at feet where I know it's safest! he he ^8^
Question Author

Ha, ha, I thought that after I'd posted Neti - every time I looked up, down or sideways, I had to grab hold of things for fear of falling over! I did feel silly in case anyone was looking!

Will be thinking of you, take care. ^8^

hi smudge,

i found it when i was offered to look at other posts before i submitted my question to ED

sorry about that i didn't realise it was so old.lol

i just thought i'd check if this had been asked and answered before i posted my question.

thanks for reminding ED about it.

2nosey

Hi 2nosey - that's quite alright, it was nice to receive a reply after all that time!

I believe the person you're asking about was NewForester - who I miss as well!

Hope that helps & enjoy the sunshine!
