Does anyone else have trouble with answerbank, I get part of either an answer or question written and next thing answerbank is unable to continue and the whole thing disappears , this happens on numerous occasions .

Practically every time I try to use it. Either say something about a long script loading or "answerbank is not responding". Never any trouble with any other site.
Also had same trouble only on answerbank.

Maybe if the problem was properly addressed there'd be no need to remove advisory posts!

We're aware of the problem and we are trying to get it resolved.

ChillDoubt, if everyone did what you suggested there wouldn't be an AnswerBank at all.
I understand the problem but it's been going on for months, so how long must users wait before they give up on the site altogether??
Does this happen with Firefox?
I have the same problem as galasalmon, and it has been like that
for some weeks. I also have the problem on Yahoo Answers. (This is
my 4th attempt at typing this answer!)
Which web browser are you using? Have you tried a different one?
I just wondered if it were different on another browser. I know there are difficulties with IE and Chrome.
I don't experience any problems with Firefox, even on my netbook where (unlike on my PC) I've not got 'that' extension installed.
Yes it's always a troublesome site which is shame as it's brill to comment and add to the threads...just a shame whoever deems it necessary to *** contributors up is a PITA. If only this brill site was accommodating to those who frequent it and contribute, it would be sooo good! Please srot .editors or whoever...it really would help your faithful followers.....
I can see both Chill's and Ed's side. The problem is this has been going on for years not weeks. I had to switch browsers just because of AB. I'm not sure the site should dictate that choice (and plenty of other sites work with lots of ads).

Thanks Ed hope it gets sorted soon as it is a nuisance , not good for blood pressure .
"answerbank not responding" 4 times as I try to type this. Have given up on what I was trying to type!!!
Struggling with it using chrome on Android.
