Chiaroscuro = surely you have missed out the TV section in error? We would want to keep that - lots of postings in there. Maybe even a Soaps sub-section?

Actually one should scrub Film and Gaming categories which are also covered by Media - the list is getting shorter :-)

I know that 'Politics' and 'Current Affairs' as the sub-categories of 'News' are little used, and because of this few questions are put in them, and so subjects which would be better there, all get put into 'News' but in fact they aren't actually news but are aimed at wider issues.
Could one or other of them have its own heading and maybe it would gain more usage?

Twitchers are now called Birders, not Twitchers.

I have been told, on another site, that 'Twitchers' is passé.

How about renaming Quizzes and Puzzles to Quizzes.

Looks okay to me apart from probably Beauty, wonder if that could be self image or summat similar if you have to have that section. Only saying... Lol

yes, if it was Self-image it would include Ugly as well as Beauty, and that would be much more inclusive :-)

Twitchers and Birders are different beings Tilly. Twitchers are those who will get up in the middle of the night and travel to the other end of the country to cross another rare species off their list. They can then brag about it to those who haven't. Then there are Birders (enthusiasts)teacher, like me, who love all birds, feed them in their garden, are interested in learning all about them, some belong to a birding group and spend days out for the joy of watching birds. That is how our teacher explained the difference to us and I think it is pretty much accepted as such:-)
