Minecraft-Aether Mod pack

m trying to install this mod

Ive followed the instuctions given but when i play my game it doesnt seem to have the mod installed.( When i set fire to the glowstone it doesnt take me to the aether) The version of minecraft i have is 12.2.

Any ideas? thanks

you need version 1.7.3 and you dont set fire to the glow stone you put water in it at the top
