Presumably, you are both grown up now and have separate lives. Why do you want to match your name with your brother, even if he is your twin? You often see twins called things like Kerry and Kelly, Amy and May, Mia and Maya. They might be twins but they're still separate people.

I'm surprised that nobody has pointed out that 'Trevor' (originally 'Trefor') is a Welsh name.
