I have trouble sleeping. Apart from caffeine what else could I omit from my daily intake to help me sleep better?

You need to wear yourself out prior to sleep time. I recommend 3 hours of exhaustive phyisical sexual activity immediately beforehand. Followed by a mug of cocoa.

Didn't the doc offer you an alternative to the pills that he / she stopped, cupes.
Go on a site called 'Answerbank' you'll soon nod off.

Nope, but I haven't been back yet. Me and OH seem to never be away from docs...
I do intend to go back though for advice. Don't wan't no more sleeping pills though...

If you wake up in the middle of the night, breathe in for four seconds (say 'one Mississippi, two Mississippi, etc to count seconds), hold breathe for seven seconds, breathe out for eight seconds.
