Washing Machine Cycles

Does anyone know a washing machine that can do a 7kg standard/ordinary wash load ,with spin speed of 1400 in less than 2 hours, for under £250.. most seem a very long wash cycle.

We've just bought a Hoover with an 8kg load capacity and you can alter the temp to reduce the time to under two hours. It was slightly over £250 tho.
