I think Normans is probably right -I've heard the term Stormin' Norman. Maybe there is more to the clue or a theme

Sorry forgot to mention DT GK, and I spelt Neapolitan wrongly which led me up the garden path. the answer is obvious really. Good thing about crosswords they make you spell correctly!
