I've heard an advert on TV and the music is from the Goon Show, I think, and at the end of it there is a sound FX at the end of it. Sorry I can't explain it any more. Can anyone help please? Thank you.

I can't remember what the advert was for as I only heard it. The sound effect at the end is somewhat described as an armpit f*rt.
