that was my thinking too, ken, Southampton are the sort of club for whom the manager isn't going to be under any pressure to win the title, just have them play through the season without resorting to negative tactics
Pochettino is a good manager, started off at Barcelona managing the ladies team before taking up the job at Espanyol where he did a good job. He should do well at Spurs providing he is left to get on with it and the chairman doesnt sack him in six months!
Presumably a club like Celtic would want a new manager in before the World Cup to give them a chance of competing with other clubs when it comes to signing the players who do well in the tournament.
