If that was me, half of it would go into a separate bank account and the interest from it would go to charity on a monthly basis.
Regarding the rest of it; it's funny how you change as you get older. Twenty years ago I would've looked forward to buying a Ferrari etc. Now, I'd just be happy not to worry about paying the bills.
