Bumping Into Another Aber

I hope this doesn't sound stalkerish, but when mrs factor and I were in a department store today I spotted someone who I felt pretty sure was another ABer based on a pic on here some time ago (I have a pretty good memory for faces). I felt it would be intrusive or embarrassing to approach them so we went on our way. I'm now wondering whether I should have 'tested the water' in some way.
What would others have done?
