How Do You Check If A Death In Wwi Is A Relative Without Knowing Details Of The Sailors/soldiers Family

I have found two boys in the 1911 census and the same name appears on the WWI death list, how is it possible to check they are relatives and not just someone with the same name.

Any help appreciated.

look at the CWGC and see who the next of kin are listed as if in the papers from the NA on ancestry are sparse of detail. http://www.cwgc.org/
